بررسی آثار حجم مشدد چند راهه ورودی موتور بنزینی EC5 بر عملکرد آن

چکیده
وظیفه چند راهه ورودی موتور های بنزینی، انتقال هوا، بخارات مخزن روغن موتور، جریان نشتی بخار موتور، بخارات منبع سوخت و سوخت پاشش شده به داخل راهگاههای سرسیلندر موتور بطور یکسان است. این قطعه باید به صورتی طراحی شود تا بتواند هوای موردنیاز موتور خودرو را در شرایط مختلف کارکرد آن با کمترین افت فشار و سرعت تامین کند و بصورت یکسان از نظر دبی و نسبت هوا به سوخت بین سیلندرهای موتور تقسیم نماید. همچنین اختلاط بخارات روغن، جریان نشتی بخار روغن و بخارات بنزین موتور در آن انجام شده و بصورت یکسان بین سیلندرهای مختلف پخش شود. برای رسیدن به این مهم نیاز است که چند راهه ورودی به بهینه‌ترین حالت طراحی شود. در این تحقیق موتور EC5 موردبررسی قرارگرفته شده است. موتور موردنظر در نرم‌افزار جی تی سوئیت طراحی و شبیه‌سازی‌شده و اطلاعات موردنظر برای این مدل‌سازی به‌صورت عملی استخراج‌شده است. مدل طراحی‌شده در نرم‌افزار با استفاده از نتایج تجربی با درصد خطای 45/0 صحه‌گذاری شده است. سپس با استفاده از مدل موردنظر به بررسی حجم مشدد در چند راهه ورودی پرداخته‌شده است. دو مدل موتور با استفاده از حجم مشدد و بدون استفاده از حجم مشدد در چند راهه ورودی طراحی و مقایسه شده است. نتایج حاصله از این مقایسه نشان می‌دهد که موتور دارای حجم مشدد، افزایش توانی در حدود 10 کیلووات در دور موتور 6000 دور بر دقیقه داشته است. جدول های تجربی مصرف مخصوص سوخت ترمزی و دمای گاز خروجی موتور و نسبت هوای اضافی موتور داده شده و مورد بحث قرار گرفته است

The effects of resonance volume of air manifold of EC5 gasoline engine on its performance

چکیده English

The task of the intake air manifold of gasoline engines is to transfer air, crankcase vapors, blow-by flow, fuel tank vapors, and fuel injected into the passages of the engine cylinder head. This part must be designed in such a way that it can supply the air needed by the car engine in different conditions of its operation with the lowest pressure drop and speed and distribute it equally between the engine cylinders in terms of flow rate and air-fuel ratio. Also, the mixing of oil vapors, blow-by flow and gasoline vapors of the engine is done in it and distributed equally between different cylinders. To achieve this goal, the air manifold needs to be designed in the most optimal way. In this research, the EC5 engine has been examined. The intended engine is designed and simulated in GT-SUITE software and the desired information for this modeling is practically extracted. The model designed in the software has been validated using experimental results. Then, using the desired model, the resonance volume in the air manifold has been investigated. Two engine models have been designed and compared using resonant volume and without using resonant volume in the inlet air manifold. The results of this comparison show that the engine with resonance volume had an increase in power of about 10 kW at engine speed of 6000 rpm
