Abstract
Nowadays, many people and companies enter the business world. So, rgarding the important and prominent role of internet and commercial advertisements in daily life, the relation between the business world and people should not be ignored. The purpose of this research is to examine the persuasive language in terms of type and number of persuasive steps in a number of Persian commercial internet textual advertisements based on the Cheung’s (2008, 2010) persuasive move schema model. This research is of descriptive-analytical kind. Therefore, To this end, a number of 120 Persian commercial internet textual advertisements collected through official Persian websites have been analyzed as research data based on the type and number of the persuasive steps. As to the type of persuasive steps, the results showed the most used type of persuasive step was steps of the persuasive move "offering suggestions" having been used with a frequency of 63.7%. On the other hand, the persuasive steps of "explicit stimulus actions" included the lowest frequency with a frequency of 0.1%. It was also shown the new persuasive step "motto" has been used with a frequency of 17%. Besides, the examination of the number of persuasive steps indicated the most used advertisements were "four-step" advertisements with a frequency of 26.7%. "Ten-step" advertisements were observed with a frequency of 0.9. Finally, the analysis of the type and number of persuasive steps revealed there was a significant difference not only between the type of steps examined but between their number as well.

Abstract
Novels created by women in recent years are similar in many aspects like plot, point of view, character, etc. This paper tries to analyze and compare the theme of four novels written by female novelists. It seems that in these four novels, there are many proportion in themes and motifs. To achieve this aim, we first explain the theme and then analyze the theme of novels in the two aspects of theme and motif. The results showed that the theme and motif of the novels are too similar. The main reason behind such similarities is similar discourse of the creators of these novels.

Abstract
Aim: Psychosocial problems override in patients with type 2 diabetes than healthy individuals. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of depression, stress and anxiety in patients with type 2 diabetes as well as their association with demographic factors.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 201 patients with type 2 diabetes were incorporated using convenience sampling method from the Tehran-based Dornian Care Clinic. The instrument consisted of the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS). The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS software (ver. 16) at the significance level of 0.05.
Findings: In this study, there were 25% male and 75% female participants, with a mean age of 47 years. In terms of education level, they had high school diploma. The prevalence rate of depression, stress and anxiety was 83.1%, 78.1% and 96%, respectively. There was no significant association between stress and age. Depression, anxiety and stress correlated significantly with education level. There was also a significant relationship between anxiety and diabetes complications. Nevertheless, there were no significant relationships between anxiety, stress and depression and the demographic factors of age, duration of diabetes and marital status.
Conclusion: Given the high prevalence of depression, stress and anxiety in patients with type 2 diabetes, it seems necessary to administer a screening program for mental disorders. Provision of psychiatric consultation also appears beneficial.

Abstract
In most of prose genres, in qajar era, there is a critical thinking which has caused the genres evolution. This Critical thinking is global, and we can recognize it in the first works in the beginning ages of Qajar era, after that, this approach more forcefully, has continued until Mashrooteh and it has fade gradually. Some of the prose genres and their changes, in this era, have been evaluated before, and some of them have been studied in this essay. The results are gathered, and compared. Critical approach has caused the evolution on the prose genres. Some of them have been abandoned; some of them have been changed significantly, so their relation with the previous cases has been cut. Some of them have been brought into being, and formed by this thinking, as independent ones, and after this era resume with rare changes. This fact proves that critical approach is the mainstream of prose genres evolution in the Qajar period.

Abstract
Aim: The objective of this study was to determine the occurrence and antimicrobial resistance pattern of Staphylococcus aureus strains, as one of the important foodborne pathogens, isolated from unpacked ice creams.
Materials & Methods: A total of 122 unpacked ice cream samples were randomly collected from different localities in East Azerbaijan province and transferred to the laboratory using a cool box and screened for the presence of S. aureus strains. Also, the isolates resistance to antibiotics was determined by disk diffusion method.
Findings: In total, 21.3% of the ice creams samples were contaminated with S. aureus strains. Furthermore, antibiotic susceptibility testing revealed that the highest resistance was against penicillin and erythromycin, whereas the highest susceptibility was observed against gentamicin and rifampin. A warning issue was the significant resistance to vancomycin.
Conclusions: The relative high isolation and antimicrobial resistance rates detected in S. aureus strains isolated from unpacked ice creams underline the necessity for applying strict standards at all processing steps by food control agencies and emphasize the need for educational efforts for those personnel involved in products preparation procedures in order to promote food hygiene. It is worth noting that the emergence of resistance to vancomycin, as the last line of treatment for staphylococcal infections, is a worrying global health concern. Moreover, this study highlighted that poor adherence to personal hygiene and health principles during the food products preparation and/or storage could be a potential factor in the spread of pathogenic bacteria and resistance genes in the community.

Abstract
Aim: Diabetes mellitus and the patients’ need for self-care may bring several challenges in the daily life of diabetic patients. This necessitates the obligation to adopt coping strategies against stress in order to adjust with the governing conditions. The purpose of this study was to explore coping styles in type 2 diabetic patients and their potential associations with demographic factors.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytic study, 201 patients with type 2 diabetes were incorporated from the Tehran-based Dornian Care Clinic and evaluated using the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS). Data analysis was performed using SPSS software (ver. 16) at the significance level of 0.05.
Findings: The diabetic patients in this study adopted avoidant (72.1%), emotion-oriented (17.9%), and problem-based (10%) coping strategies. While problem-oriented and emotion-oriented strategies correlated with gender, avoidant style did not. Married individuals used avoidant strategies more than singles. There was a significant relationship only between the use of problem-solving strategies and education level. Also there was a significant relationship between the complications of diabetes and adoption of problem-oriented strategies.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, diabetic patients have hard times in the face of stresses of life events and the subsequent challenges of their disease. Counseling seems beneficial in order for effective teaching of coping strategies to diabetic patients.

Abstract
One of the effective plant disease management strategies is based on the employment of resistance inducers. In the present study, to assay, the effects of Salicylic acid (chemical inducer) and Piriformospora indica (biological inducer) on wheat powdery mildew (Blumeria graminnis f. sp. tritici), the expression rate of Non-expresser of pathogenesis-related genes1 (NPR1) genewas evaluated using qPCR. For this purpose, Falat and Tajan cultivars were selected as susceptible and resistant genotypes to powdery mildew, respectively. To evaluate the rate of gene expression, the P. indica colonized Falat along with mock plants were inoculated with Powdery mildew. In another experiment, Falat treated with SA and control plants were inoculated with Powdery mildew 48 h after treatment with SA. Gene expression was assayed in Falat compared with resistant cv. Tajan. Sampling was carried out at 0, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after infection. Comparisons of gene expression patterns showed that after infection, the expression levels of NPR1 increased in induced and non-induced Falat and Tajan cultivars. The maximum gene expression levels were observed at 24 hours post infection. But the expression levels of the gene at this timewere much higher in induced treatments compared with control. The current study showed that NPR1 can be involved in resistance strategy. Thus, using NPR1 gene as a desired gene in genetic engineering for increasing the potential of plant resistance to pathogens can be considered. Moreover, the high response of NPR1 gene in induced plants indicated that both SA and P. indica play a critical role in inducing resistance.

Abstract
Hedging is a rhetorical strategy which speaker employs for lack of a full commitment either to the full category membership of a term or expression (content mitigation), or to the intended illocutionary force of the utterance (force mitigation). Hedging must be considered as an intentional action. The speaker chooses a linguistic device over the propositional content of the message which will affect the interpretation of the utterance; either modifies the content of the utterance or its force. Although hedges have no certain lexical meaning; they have powerful functional and pragmatic meaning. This research has been done by means of descriptive-analytical method with purpose of definition, introducing of applications of hedges based on Fraser(2009) , and finally a case study of hedges in political discourse of press conferences of president Ahmadinejad within the framework of critical discourse analysis .The results show that the president (Ahmadinejad) has used hedging as a political language strategy to express vagueness and evasion which are one of the skillfully policies in political speech. He applied passive voice and impersonal pronouns more than other kinds of hedges.

Abstract
Stroke can negatively affect a person’s ability to utilize properly acoustic measurements as a cue to prosody at the sentence level. The objective of this study was to determine the nature of the prosodic disturbances in Persian Broca’s aphasics at the sentence level in the framework of Autosegmental-Metrical Phonology. The subjects of this experimental study included three Persian-speaking males. They were selected by simple purposive sampling method from patients directed to the speech therapy unit in the Ghaem Educational, Research and Treatment Centre (Mashhad, Iran). Aphasic subjects sustained a lesion to the left hemisphere and particularly to the Fronto-temporal region. Acoustic measurements of duration, intensity, and terminal components of fundamental frequency (F0) that distinguish statements from their yes-no question counterparts were examined in the reading task in Persian-speaking aphasic patients. The findings of the present research revealed that the aphasic individuals were able to produce statements from their yes-no question counterparts in terms of terminal components of fundamental frequency (F0); however, they demonstrated a poorer performance than the control group. So, generally speaking, the present study confirms that linguistic ability of Persian-speaking aphasic patients to differentiate statements from questions may be preserved to some extent. The findings also support the notion that the left hemisphere may be important in the production of prosody and the Fronto-temporal region is sensitive to sentence-level prosodic contours.

Abstract
Background: Cryptosporidium is one of the most important pathogenic parasites in poultry because it is a zoonotic parasite, and birds and other infected animals could be a potential threat to public health. The main purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of Cryptosporidium infection in domestic fowl in Shahrekord by PCR method.
Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 110 fecal samples were collected from fowls referred to the Veterinary Clinic of Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch. After DNA extraction, the samples were examined by PCR, and the frequency of infection in different genders and seasons was analyzed by SPSS statistical software.
Findings: Out of 110 samples, 15 (13.64%) samples were positive for Cryptosporidium. The rate of Cryptosporidium infection in the females was 12.85% and in the males was 15%. The results also showed that there was no statistically significant difference between two sexes (male and female) regarding the prevalence of Cryptosporidium, while the frequency of infection in cold seasons (22.22%) was significantly higher than in warm seasons (7.69%).
Conclusion: Fowls could be considered as one of the important reservoirs of Cryptosporidium infection for humans.

Abstract
Background: This study was designed to investigate the frequency and tissue distribution of Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) in turkeys with respiratory syndrome in Isfahan province.
Materials & Methods: Totally, samples were taken from the trachea, lung, air sac, infraorbital sinus, hock joint, blood of heart, brain, liver, spleen, intestine, and kidney of 30 turkey flocks. After DNA extraction, a 787 bp fragment of 16S rRNA gene of ORT was amplified.
Findings: The PCR results revealed that 53% of turkeys were infected by ORT. The results showed that although ORT was mainly found in the respiratory tract, it could be systemic and infect some other organs, including the joints, brain, liver, spleen, and blood of heart, but could not infect the intestines and kidneys.
Conclusion: Due to the lack of a clear pattern in tissue distribution of ORT among clinical samples, it seems that other factors play a role in ORT tissue distribution, such as dose, route, type of infection, and probably prevalent serotype.

Abstract
Aims: Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are powerful tools that are commonly used today in prediction deposit-related sciences. The research aimed at predicting various five links of heavy metals using the properties of deposit.
Materials and Methods: 180 samples of surface sediments were taken from the Chahnimeh reservoir and they were transferred to under standard conditions. Total Zinc concentration, deposit properties and Zinc five bonds with deposit were measured. Efficiency of the ANN and Perceptron (MLP) model to estimate the Zn following the measurement of parameters in the laboratory.
Findings: Five links were predicted with the aid of ANNs and MLP model. Deposit properties and total concentrations of heavy metals were considered as input and each of bonds were considered as output.
Conclusion: Ultimately, the ANN showed good performance in the predicting the determination of coefficients or R2 0.98 to 1) and root mean square error or RMSE (0.7 to 0.01).

Abstract
Graffiti, which is also called silent discourse, reflects different status of women and men in social structure. Hence, studying graffiti can provide us with salient information regarding their anonymous writers’ linguistic and social features. The present study aims at analyzing sociolinguistic features of “theme” and “style” in a corpus of female and male university students’ Persian graffiti in the university campus clarifies some basic sociolinguistic processes such as similarities and differences in communication patterns in female and male (silent) discourse. To this end, a corpus of 640 graffiti (320 written by female university students and 320 written by male ones) were collected from female and male dormitory areas as well as central library study halls at University of Sistan and Baluchestan in a one-month period. These graffiti were then analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results revealed that both groups had used “love, solicit help from God, depression, declare presence, wish, time and date, swear, poetry, kidding, and friendship” themes. However, “study lesson subjects” were used only in female students’ graffiti while “advice” and “financial anxiety” themes were used only by the male counterparts. Furthermore, content analysis of the graffiti showed that the male students predominantly sought to “confirm power” and “ higher status” while the female ones attempted to “express emotions” and “make solidarity”. In addition, the obtained results with respect to style showed that the male students tended to use more words than their female counterparts, but the latter were more apt to use linguistic elaborated code through prepositions, impersonal pronouns, and dependent clauses and hence had a linguistic superiority over the males.

Abstract
This study aims to investigate and analyze the realization of grounding in the form of foregrounding and back grounding in Persian-children’s narratives according to linguistic devices of aspect (perfective/imperfective) and voice of verb (active/passive) and also the effect of age on using these devices.
To investigate how foregrounding and back grounding are accomplished in Persian-speaking children’s narratives by linguistic devices of aspect (perfective/imperfective) and voice of verb (active/passive) two Hickmann’s (2004) pictorial stories were used. Three groups of school monolingual Persian-speaking children of age 7, 9, 11 and a control group of adults, at age 30 (each group consisting of 10 female subjects) took part in this study. The subjects were tested individually. They were asked to narrate two pictorial stories for one of the researchers. All the narratives (80 narratives, from two pictorial stories) were recorded by a voice recorder. Then, they were transcribed, described and analyzed by SPSS software.
Results showed that the use of perfective and imperfective aspects had a meaningful relationship in the three groups of children, that is, the use of perfect aspect in foreground decreased while that of imperfect aspect increased with an increase in the age. On the contrary, in adult group, the use of perfect aspect in foreground increased but that of imperfect aspect decreased. The same relationship was observed in background. Moreover, the use of active voice of verb was more dominant than that of passive voice of verb in the narratives. No meaningful relationship was observed between the use of passive voice of verb in foreground and background on one hand, and the participants’ age, on the other hand. Based on the results of Chi-square test, there was a significant relationship between perfective and imperfective aspects in foreground and also in background and the age of the narrators (p < 0.05). However, there was no significant relationship between the use of passive voice of verb in foreground and background and the age of the narrators (p < 0.05). Thus, the first two null hypotheses of the study were rejected, and the third one was accepted.

Abstract
The efficacy of sex pheromone traps for detection of Cydalima perspectalis (Walker) (Lepidoptera Crambidae) was assessed in 2017 in Cheshmeh-Bolbol Box Reservoir (Golestan province, Iran). Monitoring was done from May to September and three flight peaks were determined. No significant difference was observed between colors as well as heights of installing pheromone Traps for capturing C. perspectalis. The results confirmed the efficiency of pheromone traps in decreasing damages of Box tree moth. Also, best time for chemical and pheromone control was assessed.

Abstract
Backgrounds: The aim of this study was to evaluate genotypes and phenotypes of antibiotic resistance in Escherichia coli (E. coli) strains isolated from poultry farms in Isfahan province, Iran.
Materials & Methods: In this study, 50 E. coli strains isolated from pericarditis and perihepatitis lesions of broilers in Isfahan (central Iran) were selected. After microbiological and biochemical tests and confirmation of bacterial colonies, the colonies were purified. The pure colonies were cultured on Müeller-Hinton culture medium and then subjected to antibiotic susceptibility testing. In the next step, DNA was extracted from the purified bacteria, and the qnrA and sul1 genes were amplified with specific primers.
Findings: The results showed that 85% of E. coli isolates were resistant to at least two antibiotics, and 6% of E. coli strains were resistant to all 13 antibiotics used in this study. E. coli isolates showed the highest resistance to enrofloxacin (70%) and the lowest resistance to gentamicin (6%). Examination of resistance genes showed that about 54% of enrofloxacin-resistant E. coli strains contained the qnrA gene, and 48% of sulfonamide-resistant E. coli strains contained the sul1 gene.
Conclusion: In this study, some resistant strains lacked the resistance genes studied, indicating the importance of other resistance genes in inducing resistance against sulfonamides and fluoroquinolones. Also, the lack of resistance in some strains harboring qnrA and sul1 genes indicates the importance of gene expression in mediating resistance, and that the presence of resistance genes alone is not sufficient to induce antibiotic resistance in E. coli strains.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of chitosan as a natural preservative. Farmed fish were washed and filleted. In this study, 3 types of chitosan were investigated: acid-soluble chitosan, water-soluble chitosan and oligosaccharide chitosan. The fillets were immersed in the above solutions for 30 seconds, and then removed, and after 2 minutes, the immersion was repeated. Control samples were uncovered. The fillets were then placed at room temperature (20 °C) for 2 hours to form a coating on the fillets. 192 pieces of 100 g fish fillets were divided into 4 treatments and each treatment was divided into 4 times: treatment one as a control (without preservative), the second treatment containing 1% acid-soluble chitosan, the third treatment containing 1% water-soluble chitosan and the fourth treatment containing 1% Chitosan oligosaccharides. All samples were stored in refrigerator at 4±1 °C and their chemical parameters (Peroxide, pH, Thiobarbituric acid, Total Volatile Nitrogen) were measured on (0, 4, 8 and 12) days. All the indices of treatments had increasing trend over time. Only in the pH index of 1% acid-soluble chitosan had an irregular trend. 1% acid-soluble chitosan had the most positive effect in all treatments. Due to increase in chemical indices in all treatments, the addition different of chitosans to fish fillets could prevent or reduce them.

Abstract
The development and function of mammalian cells, like other multicellular animals, requires cell to cell interactions, which are carried out directly via cellular junctions or indirectly by secretion of secretory molecules such as hormones. During the last two decades, exosomes have been introduced as the third mechanism for cellular interactions. Exosomes are small vesicles with membranes and 30 to 100 nm in size that exist in blood, urine, saliva, semen, and serum. Exosomes play an important role in a variety of biological processes such as immune response and inflammation, pregnancy, tissue generalization, blood coagulation, and angiogenesis. Exosomes are also involved in pathologic process such as neurological disorders, cancer, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular diseases. Because of their small size, exosomes are able to cross the cell membrane and protect the proteins from degradation. They also have the potential of transferring different compounds into the cell. Due to their receiver specificity, lack of inducing immune system, and more importantly having the capacity to be engineered as drug carriers, exosomes have been introduced as new agents for the transfer of genetic material and disease treatment.

Abstract
Septoria tritici blotch (STB) caused by Zymoseptoria tritici is one of the most important wheat diseases in the world and causes significant annual damage to wheat crops around the globe. The use of resistant cultivars is the most effective method for the management of this disease. Recently, the use of acquired systemic induced resistance has been proposed to manage wheat leaf blotch. In this study, the effect of salicylic acid (SA) on the relative changes of PAL and PR2 gene expression was investigated using qPCR technique. The expressions of catalase, peroxidase, and ascorbate peroxidase enzymes were also assessed in a sensitive wheat cultivar. Controlled and contaminated plants were sampled and compared at 0, 12, 24, 48, 96, and 240 hours after inoculation. The results showed that treatment with salicylic acid significantly reduced the level of disease compared to control plants. Comparison of gene expression patterns also showed that the expression of both PAL and PR2 genes in control and SA pre-treated plants increased after fungal inoculation; however, their expression was significantly higher (2.6 and 1.3 folds respectively for PAL and PR2) in plants treated with salicylic acid than the control. Moreover, treatment with salicylic acid significantly affected the activity of all three enzymes. It can be concluded that the high response of PAL and PR2 genes to salicylic acid pre-treatment, as well as increased activity of peroxidase along with the reduced activity of catalase and ascorbate peroxidase enzymes indicate the effective role of SA in inducing wheat resistance against STB.
