Abstract
Psychological capital is one of the new concepts in recent years that consider the capabilities and positive qualities in people and importance of a positive work environment; and try with the theoretical and practical approach and positive elements help to employees' life and work. Due to the developing the approach of psycap in the organizations, this paper has studied and identified the role of psycap on organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Iranian public organization. Due to the developing the approach of psycap in the organizations, this paper has studied and identified the role of psycap on organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Iranian public organization. So, first the researcher reviewed the research literature, then with the use of descriptive-survey method, statistical sample of the population that were employees of public organizations in Tehran province were selected and the research hypothesis were tested by using structural equations and regressions. The finds of research shows that psycap has significant positive relation with the organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The result show resiliency has the highest rank, and optimism lowest rank. At last, psycap has the moderating role between organizational climate and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Key words: Psychological capital, organizational climate, job satisfaction and organizational commitments

Abstract
Generally, the main objective of managers is improving organizational outcomes. Review the history of organization and management shows that to accomplish of this, were provided many different ways. Abstract
Abu Tāher Tarsusi is one of the literate and eloquent narrators in Persian literature that has been known by two published narratives called, Darabnameh and Abu Moslemnameh. A theory has been given already about his historical identity and assignment to the court of Sultan Mahmud of Ghazni. For the first time, this research has attempted to propose other possibilities during the first theory by newfound documents that obtained from the other Tarsusi’s narrative, called Qeran Habashi. This paper analyzed in three parts of great Shahnameh, Gitinama Minar and twofold sources along stating some reasons and the results of this research indicate the Abu Tāher presence between the ends of the Ghaznavid dynasty to the middle of the Ghurid reign. Based on this article evidences, Qeran Habashi was the last Tarsusi’s work and its hero is another desired and idealized figure of sahib Qeran Sultan deeds, Ghiyāth al-Dīn Mohammad Ghurid, that her mother called him, Habashi.

Abstract
In this paper, designing and fabrication of a prototype of the spider robot is presented. The mechanical and electrical design of the robot is described and then programming and control are addressed. First, after surveying of various mechanisms for legged locomotion, the Klann mechanism has been selected for robot locomotion. The mechanical model has been build using CATIA software and simulations have been done for validation of the performance of the m. The spider-like robot has eight legs. To add the ability of mine detection to the robot, PI metal detector circuit has been designed and made. This circuit has the ability to detect metal but does not recognize the type of metal and its range is about 1 m. Tele-operation control method has been used to control the robot in which the operator can remotely (up to a radius of 300 m) control the robot using a computer. The performance of the robot can be improved using metal detectors circuit. The advantages of spider robot with Klann mechanism is easily tackling of the obstacles and maintaining the balance on uneven terrain or sandy surfaces.

Abstract
This paper focuses on the problem of finding object orientation around Yaw & Pitch & Roll angels. The object orientation is computed in a real time manner using a mono-camera and three points on a solid object in a machine vision software. Three points should be selected from environment at the beginning. In order to reduce wreckful effects of environmental lights on detecting colorful objects and also to reduce the number of used software filters, IR LEDs with 850nm invisible wavelength are used. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used for solving this problem since orientation's equations are nonlinear and real-time solving for them is impossible. For solving the problem a feed forward artificial neural network with one hidden layer and 21 nodes in that is used, which has 3 nodes for output layer and 6 nodes for input layer. For having high accuracy in ANN, output data is also obtained from a MPU-9150 installed on a 2-DOF orientional parallel robot and compared to ANN outputs. 7243 data from Roll and Yaw angles and 751 data from Pitch angle is obtained from MPU-9150 sensor and the later 2-DOF orientional parallel robot and 467 data remains nonuse for learning ANN. After learning the neural network, results compared to nonuse data for ANN learning and desire results obtained with 0.038 maximum error

Abstract
Demands for high speed vessels are increasing due to various usages. Reducing the resistance to achieve high speeds is an important objective in design of high speed crafts. Creating longitudinal side tunnels in the hull causes resistance reduction. Designing the boat is not right only for reducing drag force; stability and maneuverability are also important factors. In this paper, high speed tunneled hull performance is evaluated considering numerical simulation of turning circle maneuver as a standard maneuver. The numerical approach is implemented due to high and acceptable accuracy compared with mathematical models and lower cost compared to experimental tests. Among the various techniques, modeling of maneuver of the boat was performed by considering mesh movement with boat and combination of sliding mesh and movement of domain as an effective method. Reducing computation time and increasing the accuracy of solution is of its advantages. Finite volume method and k-ω model is used respectively for discretization equations and simulation of turbulence. In free surface modeling, mixture model was preferred instead of free surface model. Solution methodology was validated using experimental results of a single-hull boat. Path of the boat in various tests was presented in the result section, considering the effect of angle of rudder, thrust and movement mode of the boat on the maneuver parameters. The results show enhancing maneuverability of the boat by approaching the planing mode so that by increasing the speed and closing to planing mode, tactical diameter is reduced up to 7.5% compared to the displacement mode.

Abstract
Psychological capital is a new concept that has been discussed in the third millennium and entered in the field of management since 2006 Due to its unique role in organizational wealth-generation, it has become in the core attention of scholars and intellectuals research in the field of behavior, human resource management and human capital. So the main goal of this paper is designing a model to improve psychological capital in Iranianpublic organizations with identifying the role of human resource functions. This research has employed quantitative approach and followed correlation method. The populations for this study were employees of public organizations; the rational for selection of them was classification system in the governmental budget. Accordingly, they were classified into the three categories of general, social and economic. On the other hand, due to the wide dispersion and large organizations across the country, public organizations of Tehran province were chosen as key clusters.
The research method is descriptive correlation study, and the data were collected using standard questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using structural equations and multiple regressions. The research findings showed that HR functions have significant positive relation with the psychological capital; however when organizational justice is placed as the intervening variable between them, the correlation coefficient is increased. The results also indicated that HRM functions have the greatest effect on Psycap by organizational justice. At last, fitness test of the model demonstrated that it is suitable for Iranian public organizations.
