Abstract

This research is going to examine the amount of adaptation or non - adaptation of formal gender identity among the different ethnics and to analysis this, it wants to answer these questions that ''Do material and nonmaterial resources of identity relate with adaptation of formal gender identity or not''? And is there any difference between the ethnics of Turks, loves and Kords in the amount of adaptation or non- adaptation of formal gender identity? Experiential method was used for answering these questions. Statistical population of the project is 377 girl and boy students aged 18-29 years. The were in the in Bachelor's degree from among the three ethnics of Kurd/Lor/Turk residing in the dormitories of Tehran universities. The Sampling method was quota and questionnaires have were tools of information gathering. The results of analysis indicated that there is a relation between the identity resources and the amount of adaptation of formal gender the identity. Among identity resources, religiosity, ethnic gender stereotype and gender explained the most changes of dependant variable. Kurds had the least and Lors had the most adaptation of formal gender identity.

Abstract

This paper tries to assess the strata structure of Iran urban society by using We berian approach in Islamic republic of Iran during the two decades of 1970s-1980s. Based on this approach, the strata structure is assessed in three dimensions: economic activity instrument, expert and capacity, and life opportunities. The historical methodology was used and data sources were 1986 and 1996 by Iran Statistics Centre. Investigation results showed, in spite of implementing the development programs after the revolution, traditional rapport has been dominated between the employers, and the independent personnel of this traditional rapport has been increased after the revolution. Medial strata has been increased as a result of medial expansion politics of the government, especially in the governmental section. But in the private section has come down because of underling staff and employee activities.

Abstract

In the present study, the fish protein isolate (FPI) of wastes of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) has been substituted with fish minced (10, 20, 30, and 40%) in preparing fish nuggets. After preparing fish nuggets (88% Silver carp fillet) and initial cooking, the parameters such as approximate analysis, product yield, weight loss, pick-up, microbial growth, and sensory evaluation were investigated. The results showed that the lowest amount of moisture is related to the IP40 Group and no significant difference exists between other treatments. In comparison, the amount of protein in the control sample was the highest (18.00 ± 0.04) and it was decreased with the increase of FPI substitution (P<0.05). The highest amount of weight loss during final cooking was related to the control and IP10 treatments, and the highest product yield was associated with IP20, IP30, and IP40 treatments (P<0.05). The microbial growth results did not show any significant difference among the treatments (P>0.05). Moreover, the sensory evaluation showed the control group, which was only with fish minced, had better taste, smell, texture, etc. than the treatments containing isolated protein. The results of this research showed that the minced fish of silver carp and the FPI by-product can be used to produce fish nuggets, and although in some physical properties, the nuggets containing higher amounts of isolated protein have shown better results, according to the amount of protein and sensory evaluation, the control and the sample containing %10 FPI had better results.

Abstract

In forming conical parts by traditional deep drawing techniques, due to the stress concentration at the contact area between the punch and the workpiece, thinning and rupture occurs on the sheet. There is also a high possibility of wrinkling in the free area of ​​the sheet; where there is no contact between the punch and the sheet. Therefore, new methods have been examined in forming this group of parts. Electromagnetic forming is one of the relatively old methods of high-speed forming that has attracted more attention in recent years. In the present study, the process of pre-forming of aluminum conical parts using electromagnetic force has been discussed numerically and experimentally. First, experiments were carried out by a simple spiral coil and after confirming the validity of the numerical simulations, the effect of electromagnetic force density in radial and axial directions was investigated in different areas of the sheet. Using the obtained results, a new coil was designed and built that has the ability to provide suitable distribution of the force in the radial and axial directions. Reduction in power consumption by up to a quarter, an increase in the amount of radial inward force and the height of the preform formed cone up to 2 times, minimizing the friction force, reduction of the workpiece center thinning by 3% (while increasing the height by 2 times) and elimination of wrinkles in the flange area of the sheet are the advantages of using the new coil compared to the primary coil.
